Over the course of 12 weeks, you will build a solid foundation in sambo — learning how to fall safely, perform throws, execute combat techniques, and develop strength and endurance through specific exercises.

You will also learn how to move correctly during a fight, as well as how to transition smoothly from a takedown into a combat submission.
