About Course
WELCOME TO THE COURSE ON INCREASING STRENGTH ENDURANCE
You train three times a week (Mon, Wed, Fri or Tues, Thurs, Sat).
- Start with 20 repetitions for all exercises or 65-80% of your capabilities during this period of time;
- Follow this training schedule and the amount of time for work and rest;
- There are 12, 13, 14 workouts per month. Count at the beginning of the month and choose a program.
